While I was compiling some T20 data for a tip, MZZ went on a trading halt this morning, pending an acquisition announcement to be released on Wednesday. Not wanting to tip now, but thought to share my homework, hoping it helps someone to extend their research.
A quick message for novice players here: this is not a buy recommendation at all, specially upon lifting of a TH on (hopefully) positive news!
As you can see above, MZZ holds a great registry and almost everyone in the T20 increased or retained their positions from March to October 2017 (barring a three of the T20 slightly reducing their exposures, and unknown status for a few <0.22M holdings ). Directors, their better halves and families have their skins in the game, along with some big names like Sacco, Bahens, Tomsic and Cranston.
MC of $7.5M, and only 24M SOI.
