If the company numbers add up as a stand alone by all means but would not invest in anything for the singular (apologies just watched a Dr Who ep.) reason that you consider it a T/O target.
Even if the company is taken over in the future the chances of you getting the timing right would be equivalent of a thinking person believing that our current government actually cares about people with a current net worth < $ 5 million.
