I think it ties back to when they got caught out lying to the ASX about which drill cores were shown on twitter. Seemed like it was a genuine mistake, but could've be viewed as intentional.
So I can't imagine the ASX would take it lightly and AVZ have been under the microscope ever since.
I hope I'm wrong as I hold AVZ but I wouldn't be surprised if the ASX keep trying this crap.
