I posted chart couple days ago, and it does look like coupe of the smart guys on STT like it too (3 or 4 regulars provided some good FA on it). I usually add a bit of my own F.A into my TA tips but I've been jam packed through this weekend I really haven't had the time to research this co, so no idea on management, assets, location, register/broker backing...what I do know is its in the right sector.
Anyways focusing on TA now - its been pushing tighter and tighter against resistance. Higher lows, range tight. Last bar got right volume and closed on highs too. Picked this name from a "range tight" scan I use which periodically measures the distance between MA's and ensures they narrow(tighten) over 20day period.
Another similar setup I considered tipping was AXE but MTC felt it had more room to push.
This is a fairly new methodology for me I'm still playing around with.
Few recent examples of this particular setup working from my diary: Range tight, pushing resistance, near DTP, volume+close on highs
Both in cobalt space
One example of it failing:
I know it looks like CMM made for a good trade but if you have a look at the chart now it quickly snapped back and got thrashed down.
