I may have been a bit harsh. I apologise. There have been so many half baked reviews. This is technically a computer in your ear. It requires firmware updates to get the best out of it and NUH have been working really hard in this space. These are not beats or AirPods that are (dumb control) Volume only. After you have done the firmware update and looked through the app and you still have concerns or issues then they are genuine and would be great for Nuheara to hear these issues and they can be rectified. This is the beauty with software. Firmware update after firmware update they will be better and better. I would be more concerned if they released the IQbuds and they weren't working on firmware updates.
