So first impressions don't count from a customer who purchased a product from the company you're invested in? Good to know. I'd think any feedback is valuable feedback. Maybe the wrong forum and should have been shared directly with he company.
Thanks for the tip. I'll spend more time to fine tune. I did play around with them for 45min last night before i used them this morning. How long do you suggest i need to learn the app so that i can comment on my experience?
Like i said i'm not a tech nerd, and so probably like the majority of the population i'm lazy and expect things to work straight out of the box.
