you're inexperience is starting to show...maccas are franchises usually owned individual fanchisees...sometimes they own one sometimes they own many...very stringent process to get a maccas franchise they are very selective about who they will venture with whereas RFG just needs to sell rinse and repeat...Maccas franchises are a cash cow
remember the upheaval a few years ago when maccas changed the menu/choices/mccafe/salads etc...back in those days previously it was strictly burgers and fries...maybe you were too young...the business was bleeding/unprofitable...they shook it up and made the changes...why..? To look after their franchisees, because they understood with bankrupt franchises the business was dead...difference between good mgmt and self interested mgmt.
Maccas moved the business forward...in the same time frame RFG has gone backward
