    cant have it both ways...one day you're saying stand alone small business has high failure rate and franchising has its advantages...now apparently the family need to work in the franchise to avoid failure...let me put it this way...everyone i know who owned a maccas franchise never needed to employ their kids and in-laws...the denial around here is terrible...glad its not me for once
