Sadly, I don’t think this company has a decent PR spokesman, or a marketing team at all! They’ve really handled the whole thing quite badly with their recent lies. It is damaging those that are successful and hurting the brand enormously.

Like I said, they need to do more to help these guys be more successful. Maybe start with new marketing and PR? I think franchises like these are important to have in our communities to keep casual jobs out there.

I’ve worked for small businesses before, professional jobs, and they expect you to take pay cuts and underpay your super and pay it late! Shocking! It happens everywhere, not just in franchised businesses.
