    I think he was talking about the latest CA offered by another big firm targeting the share holders.
    As for the franchisee's CA what about the odd 1000 franchisees that are making a decent profit and living from it. What happens if RFG need to increase their fees to cover for the cost for the other's failed small businesses? Is that fair?
