"hmmm non holders lamenting class actions.....covert holders imo
"
@dr.kris
Have look at some of my posts going back to earlier in 2017.
Are the tone and content of those posts really those of someone who is really a holder of RFG stock?
"...deception, bankruptcies, families driven to the wall, lost life savings and suicides...
why shouldnt there be a class action...what you guys think there should be no consequences for that behaivour,"
No mistaking: It is truly awful. No, grotesque.
But how does a shareholder suing a company to be compensated for investment losses remedy the bankruptcies, families driven to the wall, lost life savings and suicides of others?
"better hope you aren't deceived one day...
Oh, but I was.
On more than one occasion.
I don't think there is a single human being in the world that goes through his/her investing career without having things over-promised and over-represented to him/her by some or other dodgy corporate executive; it's what they do (well, many of them, anyway).
But that's one of the market's inevitable lessons that needs to be learnt, unfortunately.
And after having learnt that painful lesson, today I pay virtually no attention to management pronouncements. Instead, I focus purely on company financial performance and valuation.
That way, the fallible human element is largely removed from the investment process.
