1) wait for the next quarterly due soon.
2) you are wrong - they have slowly made progress on ceto - Ceto5 in 2014 was delivered. ceto6 is testing now/ soon. If the politicians had sorted out their end with money etc (govt stuff takes an incredibly long amount of time usually to go from nice idea to fruition). I'm sure we would have been doing something in 17/18 or 18/19 rather than 19/20 (if Albany wasn't pushed).
3) market confidence - Were waiting on CETO... (and some are waiting on BESS news)
what do you mean it "never got off the ground".. Ceto5 was Completed (or Ato wouldn't have paid), various BESS/MG have been implemented (waiting on completion of some and definitely waiting on quarterly for income status).
