Share price managed ?

Hi guys,

A question: "Do you think that the SP is managed through orchestrated trades?"

The reason that I'm asking is the fact that February's volume was not 30M, then we have one day where volume is 30m and the share price moves only one tick. What puzzles me is how suddenly we have 30M shares for sale and 30M shares buyer. This factor alone tells me that they have talked to each other. If this is the case why do not do off market trade instead on market trade. My thinking is that they purposely wanted to pump the volume up to show that stock has decent liquidity where in reality that is not the case.
