    I would think that long term SFRs main goal would be to get Black Butte in Montana, USA up and running so they might hold back for the next 12-18 months before investing heavily in Australia.

    But it is probably still inevitable that they acquire something decent in Aussie within the next 18-24 months.

    Credit Suisse also recently put a sell on SFR but in my opinion there is still more value in this.
