Surely that's simply not true? The Serious Fraud Office is looking into it (although one could debate for hours whether they have teeth or just worn our dentures).

I do hope not as that just condones fraud if indeed it existed. If it is proven then there has to be a scalp, and that is likely to be one of the former directors and so with limited payback....but I suspect it will end up with a 'short haircut' as opposed to a 'scalp' as I'm a cynic.
