Anyone who did not lose two billion dollars is better qualified. AG absolutely wasn't worthy of $200K, $50K or even just the prestige. If someone is unqualified it doesn't make any difference how much they are paid the fact is they are unqualified.
This BOD seemed to be full of people who were unqualified. That's enough to be sacked like they now have been. The BOD later misleading shareholders about the financial impact is criminal IMO.
