    Jim, watch The China Hustle. Alleged reverse mergers, false accounts lodged at SEC to support inflated SP, which robbed American investors of billions and the SEC did little about it. That is the basis of that documentary. Similarity with SGH, shorters going out to reveal the true story and pocketing massive profits for their endeavour after releasing reports to market.
