    I'm saying that ASIC is too multi tasked to worry much about Shareholders being ripped off by conman. It's pretty clear now that shareholders were conned out of TWO BILLION DOLLARS and I'm saying that if it happened in the USA something would happen. Likewise if a few Federal Members were conned out of as much as some people here ASIC would be crawling all over SGH and the former directors.
