Yes absolutely I am saying ASIC should do their job. Neither ASIC or me can predict who will lie, deceive, con and rip off shareholders. I'm not saying ASIC should have known anymore then I should have known.
What I'm saying is now it's known shareholders were deceived, mislead, told things that were known or should have been known were untrue at the time over and over and over again. ASIC should do it's job and prosecute the offenders.
ASIC is far too multi tasked and staffed by government employees who are paid exactly the same if they put work in the too hard basket or not. In other countries enforcing market integrity is paramount and a small dedicated service such as the SEC prosecutes offenders. As I have said before if AG and pals pulled the stunts they have in the USA I doubt they would not already be facing numinous criminal charges.
