It's understandable to pissed at the BOD for making bad decisions but for the BOD to later deceive shareholders about the financial impact is criminal IMO. I lost most my money averaging down on affirmed and reaffirmed good forward guidance from the CEO. That good forward guidance by AG went on even after the 11/15 crash. Some six months had passed and they never told shareholders the truth. I have little doubt if this happened in the USA the directors would already be facing criminal charges but this is the ASX casino where anything goes. ASIC is a four letter boardroom joke.
