Or possibly (most likely) in the context of that sentence implies I'm tending to think that way.
Nobody is qualified to say anything about another person's opinion. Many professionals can comment on whether a statement is materially inaccurate but the opinion behind a statement Is just that, an opinion. Not dissimilar to your opinion that I am the most wrong person that ever walked this planet (or words to that effect) it is just your opinion - not an objective fact. Or are you qualified to make that statement!
