For someone who has been the most incorrect more often then anyone else who has ever posted on this forum I'm not very interested in what you think continuous disclosure law means. Furthermore unless you are a qualified and registered practicing lawyer you should not be interpreting and giving advice about continuous disclosure law means.

Jim your imagination is playing tricks with you. Where did I give advice or interpretation of continuous disclosure laws?
Reading your post it seems quite the opposite, you are the one giving an example interpretation of the law.
