At the same time as Hayden Stephens has been selling (30,000 shares sold between 6/3 - 12/3, at a time when ~278,000 shares in total were traded, some several times over). At best therefore, the Stephens' sales accounted for 1/9 of the trading activity between 6/3 - 12/3. At worst however, the sales by Stephens (net of any re-trades, etc) might have account for between 1/5 - 1/9 of the shares traded. So, should the Stephens' sales be considered historical information that should be ignored, contemporaneous information that should be considered, or as a future buying opportunity because management is selling? In 2017's Top20, he was the 6th largest shareholder. Both Fowlie and Grech were above him but as neither of them are now regarded as officers of the Company, etc, nor bound by the previous shareholders agreement of 2007, chances are, they too have been sellers (not buyers). As it is, Stephens'shares had largely remained intact since 2013. That is, broadly so through until last week.
