Thanks @InDaHood, I do like your point about Australia's known water quality and high food standards. A good point. Australian baby formula supports this idea. Let's hope that the price is right and people do eat more prawns, but at project export sale price of $10 / kg (NAIF 287 pg 3) it's difficult to see that a single prawn would ever be sold to Indonesia, Thailand or India. China does seem to be the best bet.
