I think the Starpharma boat may be getting too big for Jackie and her team, consider they have an increasing pipeline going thru various stages at the other side of the world, all that control, admin and collating info for future NDA's and they need to look for licence partners and negotiate all that up front payments milestones royalties etc. Then they have the BV launch in Aus/NZ and manufacture of products then they have world wide contracts to negotiate and manage what about input into manufacture and quality control etc, they have other partners progressing in immuntherapy what about the condoms. They also want to take their science forward into pink eye treatment and maybe diabetis.
Too many balls to juggle in my opinion it will be getting to be too big an ongoing task I suspect, they need to dock into a mother ship where they can offload most of the admin and ongoing management of the pipeline and get back to developing their science, maybe SPL could become a division of AZ working under Aztrezenica Australia management developing their dendrimer to an ever increasing pipeline and products, Jackie may be ready to take her golden handshake and shares and move on with her life. As far as us little shareholders we can take our little pots of gold and move on too, anyway I think it could be a scenario if not now maybe soon lets hope so.
