    I am going to start going through the financials in more detail this weekend, but has anyone found the terms surrounding the 3xEBITDA debt covenant? Specifically, if this covenant is violated, what is the specific remedy for the debt holders? Do they have the right to call the debt as due immediately? Do they simply get a higher interest rate? Other?
