I am also a little suspicious of the "commercial in confidence" argument being bandied about by many on this forum.
PIO are the one with the goods, and PIO shareholders own those goods. Any opacity before the deal is done protects the buyers and stops the competition coming in with better terms. ie the enforced silence can only stiff us. If you don't think the rest of the market is thinking that, then take a look at the share price. A couple of months away from "meaningful cashflow", and we are going backwards.
The cheer squad keep on with the "be patient " mantra, but I am concerned that the delays in communication do not mean good news.
