I believe the matter brought against Nighthawk by RFP has now been finalised. I also understand that the complaint against RFP and AOW is immaterial and hasn't slowed anything down. I think we will get an announcement shortly confirming the JV has started on the wells as expected...
I have a sneaking suspicion we may also get some news about some more acquisitions.....
