I agree 100% with the persons responsible for this website content. If the current directors proceed to a general meeting then they are doing shareholders a grave disservice. Similarly to appoint a CEO under current conditions could cause further friction and should be avoided at all costs. Furthermore anyone accepting the CEO position and being aware that he may have no senior management team would be foolhardy in the extreme. As many shareholders as possible should convey their views to Alan Hoffman.
