    I am also of the E/I world and saw that but if you look most was control wiring and one agi motor I noticed not connected , also some SS pipework not connected. I just took it as not knowing how old the photo was and that type of work is very quickly finished up. Also some of the wires you see laying are off the RCD probes for temp measurement that will be hooked up to data loggers . I noticed 2 mag flows and I Press transmitter that were actually powered up.
    And this is only a pilot plant it won't be pretty with the cable ties and segration of cables as we are used to in a full scale plant.
