Now it is time for the Board to explain what is going on. I fully understand that the board cannot control the SP however they can contribute to the health of the SP through professional reporting and not the childlike dribble that has been spewed out previously.
Many opportunities available to them however i think they are trying to put lipstick on a pig.
I would certainly be asking questions of the Sales and Marketing team. The Board cannot continue to hide under the board table with their Lattes and Croissants.
It is time for the Management to show some grit and take a prescription dosage of "Growaset". They wanted the Position, the Wages, the Benefits however they don't appear anxious to grow the SP.
The SP will grow when they actually achieve something.

Enough of my ramblings.
