    It would be interesting to hear what psi has to say about COS now. I think the initial part of the drilling process has a low delta on the COS, but once you get into the horizontal, and it’s completion (probably the highest risk part to J1), the delta rises substantially and thus the COS. We can’t be too far off that time frame imo.

    Also, generally the COS is a guess that I find is often just fit into analysts modelling as they try and explain away the current share price and reasoning behind it. In other words if they put a 50% COS on STX they get such big numbers (that aren’t perhaps believable by the market), so they dumb down the COS to fit a more believable spreadsheet valuation.

    Just my take on the COS thing.
