The excerpt mistie posts seems to show ASX accepts there is a valid exploitation of tailings license. Okay - tailings are probably worthless from a lithium standpoint perhaps some value in other minerals but the tenement, if it is valid in any legal sense at all, still occupies a big chunk of space in the middle of the Manono project. Its knowing whether there are any restrictions on what AVZ can do in that chunk of space I'd be interested in.

Clearly AVZ were not impeded from drilling any of the holes they have already drilled. So any difficulties are likely to be smallish ones.
