AVZ will certainly need to employ different personnel to take this to production. Until the resource is proven then there will be no JV/TO offers. I think once they hit the required target they need to make it cost effective to produce (NPV) they need to stop drilling and start talking. There's no use AVZ having the largest proven resource if throughput is only going to be 8~Mtpa. OT's is a possibility but nothing will return more to shareholders than divis over 20/25 years. My opinion is go mining but many others would rather take 30-50c now for the entire asset.
