Cheers , thats the answer I was looking for , so basically its complicated to go down th JV path and then T/O afterwards .
So the theory with a few holders is that AVZ was approached with lowball T/O but didn't like it so now have to go down the "were going mining path " , hence the late arrival with the rigs , im just wondering will assay results or JORC be enough to force an early T/O (one that were all happy with )or maybe they might receive a JV before hand , a JV isn't what they want but are they gonna turn it down ??
