I read Freehold's response and I'd agree Supreme Courts (in both countries would) beat dodgy websites or out of date data on them. But I didn't see a reference to 13698 specifically in what Freehold wrote. Might have overlooked it.

Bit uncomfortable that the website looks as credible as it does though. I'll admit I find researching when there is another language (French) to deal with. And I've found it hard to find good sources of authoritative looking information to do with the DRC government and courts (I'd like to be able to see copies of the Mining Code (even in French) - though I haven't tried real hard.

The link came to my attention from another poster on the since moderated thread. Cant remember the name of the poster but the site seems to be legit and accurate from what I can see. Could be wrong but seems like a lot of effort just to down ramp.
