Thanks Salpetie. Very useful, particularly your info. re the granted and application status.

The question is, what exactly have Rio got so far (Soil sample results? Aircore results? RC results? What sort of grades? How shallow? How well does it hang together at this stage?) and where exactly is it??

We have only Barry Fitzgerald's assertion so far, which is fairly confident but very vague on detail.

Other people out there must know more. But maybe even Rio doesn't know that much at this stage, and drilling could take two or three months to produce a clearer answer, one way or the other. The cover is pretty thick out there.
