Yeah the operating expenses could kill these guys - it’s all set up for a growth model and that won’t be the case for a number of years. There will also be a ‘success’ consumption culture so the free coffee, the cab charges, the $20k furniture and Christmas parties will need to be wound back - that disenfranchises staff who were attracted to it and then the good ones move on - it’s a pretty vicious cycle. Humility was all that was needed - but a few years ago - now it’s going to be learnt.
