    there are a lot of assumption here by you. Assumptions are a very dangerous thing
    You are assuming that there is no truth in the Glaucaus report yet there is no much evidence to the contrary namely the board and the CEO response to the report, which is quite frankly no response.

    the big question to answer is WHY ? no response with facts and figure still now no response.
