A very highly regarded Chairman of numerous junior and developing ASX Listed companies once told me - do not under any circumstances make a geologist and an explorationist in particular the MD. Over the years I have found that advice more right than not.

Incidentally, geologists/ explorationist generally fall into two clearly decernable groups; "Finders" (who find a commercially developable resource later becoming a JORC reserve etc): and the rest. Explorationist that are "Finders" are in hot demand.
I do not know the connection between RJ and TK before EUC. Is RJ a Finder ?
But, I'd be interested to learn. Anyone know ?

In EUC's exact circumstances, orthodoxy would have a mining engineer as MD and getting stuck into the waste dumps to monetize them to provide funding for what may be an extensive and expensive drilling campaign (or, three). I have said this time and again ... where are we on this ????

Given they did some sampling of the dumps and were intending to do the dump surveys ... but then decided to put it off. Did they form the view that the dump results would "dump" the share price? We can only speculate as there has been very limited information released regarding this.
