In November Redleaf valued BRK at 08c per share based on their then holding of 1280 ha.
Since that valuation not only has Anadarko Basin per hectare price increased , but so too has BRK holdings as of today....to 2100ha.
Even if we continue to use the 2017 per ha prices of USD$16k/AUD$40k ....BRK is now valued at AUD$40m - or 4.5c ++ on assets alone....let alone the revenue they have - which is funding acquisitions.
I believe the wider market is missing the investment opportunity right in front of them. Despite the fact it has been spelt out by the company, i think investors are still viewing this as a traditional OnG play so are waiting for some incredible ANNC about flow rates etc .
As usual, the early bird is getting the worm here. Selling will exhaust itself soon enough.
Happy to be corrected on any of the above.
