    Hi rookstar
Hopefully it will play out that SK become not only a OT customer but also a Project partner.
I will play some ifs now-
SK do take up their 20% share placement fo $65M which as BB said in ann presentation will go into working capital and be used to order long lead items , this is usually 10% on order with milestone progress payments to follow. This money would be the start of Capex. Also begin civils on site with this money.
If SK did become a project partner they would be up fo 20% of Capex and also 20% of Opex costs. If BFS comes out at $800M which I believe will be realistic and a 50M contingency these two combined figures 65M plus 20% for Sk $170M is approx 28% Of full capex.
Gina with Roy Hill had her Asian partners (3 off) that had 27.5% of project. Gina put in 197M of her own money and borrowed the rest. The total cost of Roy Hill was just over USD10B.
Also I would guess that SK will take a part role in Eng/design which is a derisk for lenders, as this would mean that deadlines would be being met by a Project partner not a contractor. Also with long lead items such as autoclaves SK has massive module yards in S Korea where they could be manufactured, it would be in their best interest that they would not be delayed.
