I think he is referring to the fact that the AVL resource is in the region of triple (ie : 3X) the grade of the KRC resource.
Possibly a slight oversimplification but you get the drift (hopefully)
And you probably are correct the The rock, the fact that the KRC resource is so low grade............. heavy acid leaching work, increased grinding to gain any yield combined with very high silica levels will mean the cost of production likely will be more than three times (3X)
Realistically it should be far higher. so yes you do make a good point.
