This drop was anything but unexpected. $65 mil MC for a shell which by its own admission is still only at the early stage of DD. In all likelihood there wont be an acquisition announcement for weeks based on that...
I can see this dropping further and will be looking to buy back in once it reaches a more reasonable valuation...
