From a laymans prospective - both CATL and Huayou have had Ample opportunity to sort this out - were they playing games with how much they would pay ? AVZ
As is the case in real life when your scratching your balls (be it a cricket ball or a Golf ball ) and being indecisive ---- there may be someone in the back ground who understands the real value of AVZ
BNBT one would think there not going there to make mud pies
Would - BNBT want Cobalt ?
Well if they land AVZ with the opportunity to go on and be the biggest battery producer on the plant
One may weigh up the balance of probability of where they intend to get said Cobalt from
It may well be said BNBT are very capable of making decisions
