I am a newbie to this forum and I signed up on the 10th of February after having bought in DML after the Castlepines deal wanting to follow the exciting developments of my investment in DML. I have been reading all of the post since then and I feel the pain of every shareholder that was deceived and taken for a ride to the cleaners. I still have all of my worthless shares in DML as I wanted to wait for the outcome of the DD on the MOU Castlepines deal. This waiting was cut very short and abrupt by the VA of DML. I have read on HC posters comments that the Castlepines deal was a dud while others are still hoping that the Castlepines deal will go ahead and save DML.
I have started doing research via Google on Castlepines Corporation and Mr David Grose and I will share what I have found and I welcome others to do research also and share so that we can find out the truth. What I have found is not satisfactory at all and I only wish that I had done this research before I bought into the DML on the news of the Castlepines deal.
My questions about about Castlepines Corporation are: Where do they have $110 million from? What other deals have they made in the past of $100 million plus? Theres no news that I have been able to find on Castlepines apart from the Tunisia Economic City which is on Castlepines website and some news websites and I have many reservations about the Tunisia Economic City project and Castlepines being the leading investor. All of us shareholders would assume that DML would have done their research on Castlepines Corporation right? On the http://www.castlepinesequity.com website there is no mention of a AFSL, ACN or ABN.
As for Castlepines Corporation in the UK I have not been able to find anything with that name and nothing is listed when you do a search by their postcode at the UK office address.

Mr Jolyon Moss is listed on the castlepinesequity website next to Mr David Grose for contact in the UK and a Google search for "Mr Jolyon Francis Robert Moss" with quotations marks used in the search shows Mr Moss with various functions at various companies in the UK even at the 7th floor 39 St James St London which is mentioned as the office on Castlepinesequity website.
Also doing a google search on the phone numbers provided on the www.castlepinesequity.com website such as their UK phone number 02074081067 and "+44 207 408 1067" why are there so many businesses listed with this number?
A google search can also be done on the phone numbers for the Sydney office "+61 2 9299 1233" and as 0292991233
I welcome all contributions whether they be explanations or corrections to help us discover what really went on at DML because management have not provided any transparency in their dealings.
