CMMC were opportunistic, they were already buried under mountains of debt.
Roseby is twice the grade of anything that CMMC had, and is easy to mine. Plus CMMC grabbed $30mil less costs of the deal.
A bargain. But some analysts will baulk at the higher debt. That means, like the weary AOH holders, they can't see the wood for the trees.
The key to this company is the future price of Cu. Regardless of debt. The market thinks all that matters is the debt now, and the Cu price now.
CMMC have got their mitts on this and smashed it. Then their lackeys came in to crush dissent in chat. What lovely people they are.
