The company has also behaved in a way that minimised the upside of Cu. It has based all the assessments on current valuation. Not fair value. Which even the independent assessor has said is unfair. Then we got blinded by a deluge of material. Courts have appeal processes and other challenge processes.
People grabbed at this due to previous mismanagement. Nothing to be proud of by CMMC who exploited the opportunity. If you came here to gloat and persuade, you shouldn't be surprised at the reception.
