In a nutshell..that is it.
In choosing to go down that road, the shareholders haven't bee given the real opportunity to swallow/digest what was coming and/or to challenge it in the Courts............ Even blind Freddie could see it.
There are no other ideas/excuses for me other than to believe that it was all done with a proper plan and with some good reasons behind it all. After all at least 3 days were quickly eliminated from the equation.
Why wasn't that done a couple of weeks before or a couple of weeks after the Easter Break.??
Why was the sudden rush when we already waited patiently for years, and what was that caused it.??
But hey, we are talking about the Sharemarket and the sharks swimming freely therein.
