There are a number of people that believe once first of month is here then Lanstead is not selling anymore for a short period then start again once payment date is close to push the price down and pay a lower monthly instalment. I have not seen in any announcement when the payment date is, however I can quote from 2017 Annual report:
"Each settlement will be determined by comparing the volume weighted average price at which Neuren’s shares are traded in the 20 days preceding each settlement (VWAP) with a price of 8.86 cents per share (Benchmark Price). If the VWAP exceeds the Benchmark Price, Neuren will receive more than 100 per cent of the monthly settlement due on a pro rata basis, with no upper limit. Should the VWAP be below the Benchmark Price, Neuren will receive less than 100 per cent of the monthly settlement on a pro rata basis. "
I am sure that 20 days mean trading days, each month (except February) has around 21-23 trading days, therefore even though the payment date would be on the last day of each month, Lanstead would sell almost every trading day if their purpose would be to push the price down and pay less for the coming instalment.
